- In charge for site cost contract administration, letter of award and contract, taking off quantity, site measurement / valuation, tender preparation, preparation of bill quantity, project claim / variation order and final claims.
- To co-ordinate, organize and control payment claims from sub-contractors.
- Liaise with public authority and consultant on submission and approval matters.
- Finalization of progressive claims for clients and final account.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Must possess own transport .
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
