Hiring of RETAIL SHOP MANAGER

Work location: The Garden Mall, Mid Valley City

Salary: RM3k – RM5k (plus commission)

Industry: Electrical retail store (Dyson)

Requirement:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree
  • Customer management skills
  • Passionate about managing team & brings to drive traffic & sales.
  • Self-starter with lots of initiative.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal), good leading skills & business orientation
  • At least 2 yrs working experience in supervise a team of sales personnel.
  • Experience in store operations/retail industry will be an added advantage
  • Sales driven, strong influencing, analytical and good communications skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities:

**Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

**Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

**Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

**Complete store administration and operational requirements by scheduling and assigning store staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

**Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees.

**Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

**Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

**Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

**Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

**Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

**Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
