SALES EXECUTIVE (2 YEARS CONTRACT)
- To organise and coordinate events/exhibitions/promotion events and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- To conduct both market survey & research, review and prepare marketing proposals.
- To liaise with supplier on production of advertising & promotional materials-brochures, flyers, buntings, banners, press ad. Gifts etc.
- To liaise with all external and other marketing/sales related parties to ensure targets and datelines are met.
- To conduct sales activities and handle customer service and attend to client queries.
- To manage, maintain good relationship & expand customer database.
- To prepare report requested by the Management.
- To follow-up the administration work such as prepare letter of offer, collection of down payment, coordinating preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements and any other documents.
- To follow-up on the End-financing facilities and act as coordinator to the Loan officers, Loan lawyers and purchaser.
- Any other assignments assigned by your immediate superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Preferred with developer/property company experience.
- Experience in handling of sub-sales is an advantage.
- Able to communicate with all levels, assertive, initiative and encourage team work.
- Meticulous and sharp with details.
- A team player, self-motivated and able to work in a challenging environment.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
