We’re looking for suitable candidates to be part of the company in:
KK Times Square; Kuching; Bayan Lepas, Penang; Johor
- Deliver excellent customer service as per company’s standards.
- Understand all the procedures & policies related to daily operations standards in showroom.
- Compliance to all company’s SOP.
- Fully understand company mission, culture, policies and product knowledge.
- Perform retailing & cashiering duty, compliance to the all cash-handling SOP.
- Identify customers’ problems and ensure solutions are extended.
- Participate in projects or assigned duties in order to improve productivity and efficiency in showroom operations.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability & Education Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Certificate in Retail Sales, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 2 – 3 years working experience in customer service industry preferably in retail, F&B, banking industry or any other related field.
- Knowledgeable and experience in handling customer enquiries and able to provide solution for customer in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer service standards provided are consistently maintained, especially in areas of customer-handling and waiting time.
- Customer-centric, proactive and analytical with strong sense of commitment towards highest standards of customer service.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- Female Malaysian (Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Johor)
- Male Malaysian (Penang)
- Pleasing personality
- Speaks Mandarin
- Salary range: RM2000-3000/month
