Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Accounts Payable cum Admin Executive/Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

    • Own and complete accounts payable cycle efficiently, accurately and independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ensure all payments are made on time securing required approvals and maintaining internal controls.
    • Process electronic and manual payments as required.
    • Ensure all documentation including invoices, emails are correctly filled with bank payment records.
    • Handle all payment inquiries and liaising internally and externally.
    • Ensure the process, record, books are in compliance with group standards and statutory tax requirements.
    • Oversee the quality management of vendor invoices (Verifying of incoming PO and Non-PO invoices).
    • Draft and provide daily AP status reports to the management.
    • Vendor invoices and staff claims, processing and monitoring
    • Invoices, claims and payment processing are authorized based on Company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments/projects which may be required in Accounts Payable processes.
    • Handle project improvement on AP operations where required.
    • Resolve AP related issues.
    • Perform other AP related matters as and when required.
    • Dealing with suppliers’ queries.

    Job Requirements:-

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • Required language(s):English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, myob, GST, Invoices, Claims
    • Knowledge GST will be an advantage.
    • Able to handle high transaction volume.
    • Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team.
    • Meticulous, responsible, diligent, mature with keen eye for details.
    • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
    • Preferred Chinese speaking due dealing with China.
    • Preferred candidate can start immediately.
