Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Administration Executive (Casual/Part-Time/Remote)
This role shall be a short-term, freelance assignment to provide administrative and market research support for a start-up consulting business specialising in the construction industry.
Our new business requires some market and industry research to be undertaken, which will primarily consist of internet-based search but will require some phone calls and travel around the Klang Valley. The schedule is flexible and the works can be performed at your convenience.
– Candidates will require basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
– Candidates will require basic skills with MS Word / Excel
– Candidates will require working knowledge of social media (FB, Linkedin, etc)
– Candidates will require their own computer (with MS Word / Excel / email), mobile phone and transportation.
– Candidates with some construction industry qualifications and / or experience in Malaysia may be preferred.
A basic, all-inclusive fee for service shall be negotiated upon mutual agreement of deliverables and deadlines, with an additional completion bonus and potential KPI bonus, as applicable. No additional benefits will be payable.
The position would be ideal for fresh graduates struggling to find full-time employment, mothers / fathers looking to return to the work force requiring flexible work arrangements, or those just looking to gain a modest side income.
The estimated duration of the assignment is 3 months.
