Job Description

-oversee and execute administrative support for the mall office

-assist office administrator with tenant gross sales, accrual and variance reports

-assist members of mall management team with daily administrative tasks

-orders mall management office supplies

-responsible for forwarding all payments to lock box

-creates letter and correspondence for Mall Manager and other members of mall management team as directed

-creates purchases orders and others related forms as directed

-receives and directs mall contractors

-assists mall office visitors as needed

-additional duties as assigned

-at least 3-5 years of working experience in shopping mall/retail industry

-candidate with project management and property management background experience will be an added advantage

-able to work in KL (can reach via MRT)
