Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Assistant Finance and Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Finance, HR and Administration function
  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts
  • Preparation of monthly report & keep all set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure all financial report compliance to law & regulation
  • Coordinate & liaise with outsource vendor
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers and other statutory authorities
  • Overlook HR and payroll matters
  • Maintain staff personnel record
  • Process payroll & responsible for preparation of monthly report
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives/ Assistant Manager specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Candidate must be able to work in Bandar Damansara, Petaling Jaya.(near 1U)
  • Prefer immediate vacancy.
