Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Assistant Finance and Admin Manager
- Responsible for full spectrum of Finance, HR and Administration function
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts
- Preparation of monthly report & keep all set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure all financial report compliance to law & regulation
- Coordinate & liaise with outsource vendor
- Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers and other statutory authorities
- Overlook HR and payroll matters
- Maintain staff personnel record
- Process payroll & responsible for preparation of monthly report
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives/ Assistant Manager specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Candidate must be able to work in Bandar Damansara, Petaling Jaya.(near 1U)
- Prefer immediate vacancy.
