Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Assistant Manager, Administration

Job Description

Managing the administration department for Malaysia, Johor Office, the incumbent oversees a team comprising of Admin Assistant and company’s Driver.

Administration duties include:

  • HR administrative duties for Malaysia offices i.e. processing staff claims
  • Generate monthly claim report for finance to process payment
  • Generate monthly “Control Self-Assessment” report on claims
  • Co-ordinate with HQ HR in Singapore on staff matters for Malaysia offices
  • Co-ordinate training courses for staff
  • Administer Group Insurance and Health Check-up
  • Generate “Control Self-Assessment” report for Legal & Compliance
  • Co-ordinate with JV partner for meeting arrangement and minutes taking
  • Co-ordinate internally and with JV partner to arrange Board Meetings
  • Preparation of Approval Paper related with general administrative matters
  • Manage logistics and catering arrangements (if required) for investors’ visits
  • Administer petty cash account for Johor office
  • Procurement of office equipment, laptops, printers and etc.
  • Flight and hotel booking arrangements


  • Degree / Diploma in Business Management or Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of HR or Admin experience
  • Good organising and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and resourcefulness
