Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales target through acquiring new clients and building client relationship
  • Lead and participate in external and internal promotional events
  • Apply consultative selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies
  • Work with consulting team to customize solutions for clients
  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations
  • Act as the main contact for assigned accounts and work with client’s business/HR executives on business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate with at least 5 years’ corporate selling experience in business-to-business environment
  • Experience in the Real Estate/Property Developer/Real Estate/IT/Technology industry is a bonus
  • Experience in new business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Confident in ability to engage with senior business/HR executives
  • Achievement-oriented, ambitious, persistent and with strong drive to win
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
