Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Front Office cum Human Capital Services


To organize office communication and activities on aday-to-day basis. Responsible include handling incoming calls and visitors,while maintaining office common areas and facilitating meetings. Responsiblefor overall front office activities, including the reception area, facilitiesand mail in out.


Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communicationsboth internally and externally to maintain professional image.
  2. Answer and disseminate calls.
  3. Greets and assist visitors/guests and client.
  4. Open and distribute mail.
  5. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, faxmachine etc.
  6. Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrativeduties as needed.
  7. Maintaining memo/letter in and out from office to standardized the numbering.
  8. Be able to make sure office, meeting room, discussion room in good conditions e.g; clean and tidy.
  9. Arrange and coordinate meetings for all level.
  10. Be able to manage reservations and organize all aspects for meetings internal/external.
  11. Be able to maintain phone etiquette.
  12. Maintaining general filing system and file all correspondence
  13. Perform other related duties as required.
