Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong HR & Admin Executive


  • Responsiblefor the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment,payroll administrative, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures.

  • Responsiblefor maintenance of the employee’s personal data such as annual leave, medicalbenefit utilization, etc.

  • Responsiblefor all HR documentations required for new hire, confirmation, transfer,promotion and all HR related matters.

  • Responsible forprocessing and administering staff payroll including staff incentives,commission, allowances and other staff benefits.

  • Liaisingwith outsourced payroll agents and HQ approver

  • Responsiblefor monthly statutory submission to government statutory departments

  • Liaison withall statutory departments in Malaysia

  • Handling thedisciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and otheremployee relation matters in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Tocoordinates, administer and execute welfare and recreation to promoteharmonious environment within the Company.

  • Responsiblefor all monthly reports such as headcount for office and retail staff, monthlyleave taken, payroll summary and net pay report.

  • Handlingstaff insurance for GPA & GHS and all related matters.

  • Handle alltype of HR letters and correspondences

  • Handleemployee’s Income Tax issues including Yearly EA form release and Borang E.

  • Schedulingand minutes writing for monthly Department Managers’ meetings

  • Manage hoteland flight booking for staff or per instruction

  • Sourcingtraining materials or related

  • To superviseHR & Administration Assistants in all spectrum of office administrationduties
