Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong HR Assistant (6 months contract) – Training and Admin
The HR Assistant will be reporting to the Regional Learning and Development Manager and supporting the local HR Partner in administrative task.
Training vendor management communication and coordination
Ensure essential documents and information are captured for PSMB/HRDF claims
Training operations coordination and preparation for pre-training, on the day and post-training for both Melaka and Bukit Raja plants
Training administration and logistics arrangement and preparation
Office administration support – stationary and printing, office supplies, office facilities and etc.
Any other related admin matters
At least 1-2 years of working experiences in training coordination and admin
Fast learner and able to multi-task with good communication skills
Able to start work within short notice
