Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong HR Executive

– New staff processing- compiling relevant documents for approval
– Drafts advertising vacancies and advertise the same in a wide range of media like websites, newspapers, and magazines
– Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking and research – Assessing candidates experience, arranging interviews and managing interview processes
– Conducting new employees training.
– Calling to new and existing clients to obtain new sales orders
– Other ad hoc as and when required
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa & local dialects will be a value added advantage.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive – Corporate or equivalent.
Prospecting, planning, marketing and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct presentations is an advantage
Self-motivated and result-driven
Good mannerisms i.e. cheerful and polite
Possesses own transportion and willing to travel
