Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong HR Executive (Food&Beverage)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To performs full spectrum of HR include Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Welfare and Employee Services, Work Permit and Employment Pass.
  • Assist in review and update company policies relate to industrial relations that are compliance with the emerging labour laws and regulations.
  • Attend inquiries from outlet, various departments relate to disciplinary issues, stuff grievance, labour disputes, employee counselling at work place, carry out investigation on the cases/IR and Court cases.
  • To provide appointment letter/contract agreement and resignation letter for permanent staff & temporary staff
  • To manage all HR record and data (leave, MC, attendance report) and responsible to ensure all personal flies are updated and manage effectively.
  • Provide support and back-up other HR employees in all areas in the HR department when necessary
  • Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on timely basis
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree or above in Human Resource Management and relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in Payroll processing and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to work in a team and willing to participate in various HR projects or new initiatives and undergo cross training within the department
