Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Executive

Work scope

• Review resumes and applications

• Conduct first round of telephone interviews for candidates to schedule an interview

• Conduct recruitment interviews and provide necessary inputs

• Occupational safety issues

• Communicate and explain the organization’s HR policies to employees

• Follow-up confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, tax, rewards, LTA, bonuses and others

• Full and final handling of workers

• Provide letters such as offers and confirmations

• Prepare and submit all relevant HR / document / certificate letters in accordance with employee requirements in consultation with management

• Provide and process timely distribution of salaries, bonuses, slip gains, leave and full placement

• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure the timeliness of workers

• Organize worker orientation

• Implementing and administering performance management processes in accordance with PMS policies and timelines (Performance Management System)

• Review the job descriptions for all posts periodically and provide them with consultation with their respective managers

• Engage with workers on a regular basis to understand the level of motivation of people within the organization

• Keep staff insurance records and ensure timely renewal

• Updating the personal files of each employee of the company

• Provide staff related memos / memos and file it

• Assist in the disciplinary action of staff (eg verbal warning, warning letter, warning letter, show cause letter, internal investigation, etc.)

• Other tasks given


• Graduated at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the field of human resources or equivalent qualifications thereof from a recognized IPT

• Have experience in areas such as accounting, legal, administration, business, marketing. (Business)

• Can work teams no matter the time

• Honest, trustworthy and committed

• Ability to communicate well

Additional Eligibility

• Have experience in human resources (1-3 years)

• Must be ready for full-time employment, and shall not be able to carry on any other business, other than as a non-executive director or shareholder of another company;

• Can work in group pressure and singles without stress

• Always look neat and polite

• Always professional in carrying out tasks and having high discipline
