Job Overview - Jawatan Kosong MEMBER SERVICE CONSULTANT (Call Center)

Hiring of Member Service Consultant
Working Location: Kelana Jaya (walking distance from Glenmarie LRT station)
Salary: RM1,800 – RM 2,400 (Based on qualification and relevant working experience)
Attendance allowance: RM150
Language allowance (mandarin speaker only): RM200
Working Day: Monday – Friday (8.45 am – 5.20 pm or 10.25 am – 7.00 pm), Saturday (8.45 am – 1.00 pm ) alternate

Responsibilities:
•Attend to members’ enquiries/ complaints via calls concerning the services (inbound call)

Requirements:
•Degree/Diploma or minimum SPM / STPM.
•Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
•Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment.
